Beresheet, the first word of the Creation Story, helps us understand that all things are vibration, and that each human being holds a frequency that gives us our unique expression. It is believed that there is a certain sacred geometry that we each have individually and that when we attune to our sound, we can access and expand this sacred geometry.
There was a time in history were the Raqisiyat were seen as the embodiment of the Shekhinah, carrying the frequencies of Light and the Holy Spirit. The Raqisiyat were the Priestess of Sacred Sound, Drumming and Sacred Dance. They facilitated ceremonies in their own temples and one of their main roles was to facilitate the activation of the Remembrance of one´s Soul Mission here on Earth.
The Desert Rose Teachers who followed the Path of Venus had particular Rhythms to embody different frequencies of Light and used Sound Vibration for healing and for manifestation.
This Desert Rose Workshop is inspired by the Raqisiyat, the Priestesses of Drumming, Sound and Sacred Dance in the Al Andalus. Raqisiyat is a word that means ONE WHO IS CONNECTED TO THE CREATIVE CHANNEL THUS LIVES HER MISSION. Through the Raqisiyat we will discover and experience their teachings of Mystical Union through the practice of Communing with the Creative Channel. The book I am currently writing goes deeply into the practice of Alaha Shela as Ecstatic Prayer and there is a profound inspiration I am receiving through the Raqisiyat and their role as Priesstes of Sound Drumming and Sacred Dance.
In this workshop we will:
- Learn specific Desert Rose Rhythms that embody Light Frequencies of Mystical Union.
- Combine Drumming with Vocal Expressions. We will experience Voice, Body and Drumming Prayer Practices of the Raqisiyat. This is ancient Sacred Embodiment.
- Understand the Magdalene Consciousness of the Raqisiyat.
- Chant in Light Language and Aramaic and learn how to improvise vocal prayers uniting sacred words in Aramaic.
- We will learn how to use the voice to connect with different dimensions just as the Desert Rose Teachers did. We will work with the realms of: Abundance - Mystical Union - Manifestation
- The Session will include a Lover and Beloved ritual for Mystical Union. I will also share some beautiful poetry by different mystics.
The Practice of Frame Drumming is prayer, devotion, medicinal, and it will bring you in tune with the Rhythm of Light Creation and the Cosmic Intelligence. Frame Drumming also grounds us and helps us connect to the Earth and to our bodies. Holy desire is awakened when we Frame Drum, and this Flame ignites the beat of our hearts. This Holy Flame expands and we create a Rhythmic Relationship with the Cosmic Intelligence.
Awakening our Voice through chanting and Light Language will allow you to express the Voice of the Soul, allowing us to access to truly tune into our own Sound Frequency. As we do this, the healing qualities of our voice bring separation into unity, allowing us to access the Template of Divine Union that we all carry.
This Desert Rose Bee Workshop will take place on the March 12th at 15,00 CET. The replay will be available for those who are not able to be there in real time. All levels are welcome.
The Desert is a place of deep encounter. The Desert is within you. Here we are stripped down to the essentials and we are forced to let go of all the securities we attach to in life, so they may be transformed. Through the fierceness of this experience, we find a doorway to a much more expansive experience of Alaha (Divine Mother - Father). What bliss to be in a place of deep intimacy with the Divine Presence!

Ana Otero is a Doctor in Dance Movement Therapy, Mystic, Dancer, Author, Yogi, Artist, and a Teacher of the Magdala-Christ Lineage Transmissions. Her love for the Aramaic language is profound and woven into the fabric of her work and teachings.
In 2011, Mary Magdalene appeared in her life. This connection, fortified by apparitions and channeled messages, led her to commit her life to spiritual exploration and growth.
Guided by Mary Magdalene's teachings, Ana Otero founded The Desert Rose Mystery School. This institution was birthed from her desire to share the Ancient Wisdom Teachings and to inspire others to delve into the spiritual dimensions of existence.
As a testament to her dedication, Ana has developed unique physical practices, known as Alaha Shela Sacred Embodiment, DMT Ritual Movement® and Magdalene Womb Yoga. These practices embody her understanding of the deep connection between physical movement and spiritual consciousness, offering a holistic approach to spiritual growth, ecstatic prayer and personal wellbeing.
As an author, she has contributed to spiritual literature with four books: "The Path of the 6 Petals", "Conversations with Mary Magdalene", "Mary Magdalene and The Path of Alaha Shela", and "Mary Magdalene and The Desert Rose". Each of these books illuminates her deep understanding of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, providing valuable insights and expansion to seekers on their spiritual journey.
Her creative expressions also find a voice in music. She has published several albums, in which she sings prayers and mantras in Aramaic, Hebrew, Arabic, and Sephardic languages. These languages, rich in spiritual history and significance, further enhance the mystical allure of her musical compositions.
Ana Otero loves teaching, offering various training programs, workshops, and retreats.
