Welcome to the V´Ahavta Workshop.

Since 2011, I have been dedicated to the V'Ahavta as my personal spiritual practice. When I received my first apparition of Mary Magdalene I was given 2 specific prayers to chant and embody, the V´Ahavta is one of them. This profound journey has brought me immense direction, commitment, and healing, guiding me through various stages of my life and leading me to a deeper understanding of love, compassion, and unity. 

In my journey with the V'Ahavta, I have explored different ways of expressing and connecting with its sacred energies. Recently, I have channeled my passion for the V'Ahavta into a musical creation, recording my own unique version of this ancient prayer. This musical offering serves as a manifestation of my love for the V'Ahavta and an expression of the spiritual transformation I have experienced through my practice. I have chanted this prayer every day since 2011 and the effects have been miraculous in so many ways. I specially feel that the unity of Heaven and Earth, the Material and Spiritual, unites so powerfully within us that we experience life as a total oneness and we can see how the mundane affects the spiritual and how the spiritual affects the mundane. This infinite relationship is happening now and always.

The V´Ahavta teaches us to love so strongly that so many parts of our self start to heal miraculously.

V'Ahavta (ואהבת) is a transformative and immersive workshop that delves into the powerful spiritual energies of this sacred Biblical Hebrew prayer chant. Through the exploration of the mystical meanings and activations of the prayer's letters, we will engage in a unique combination of vocal attunement, celestial movement meditation, and sacred dance. This holistic approach aims to embody the frequency of infinite love, reflecting the core meaning of V'Ahavta, which translates to "and you shall love."After we have understood exactly the Light Teachings of the V´Ahavta, we will:

• Vocal Attunement: Awaken our Sacred Soul Signature sound with the activations of the Aramaic - Hebrew letters within the V´Ahavta Prayer. We will attune our voices to the frequency of infinite love. Through vocal exercises and guided meditations, you will learn to resonate with the divine vibrations of the V'Ahavta prayer, empowering you voice to become vessels for love and healing.
  
• Celestial Movement Meditation and Sacred Dance Practice: To complement the exploration of sacred voice, the workshop will also incorporate celestial movement meditation techniques and Sacred Dance. Drawing upon ancient wisdom and practices, you will be guided through a series of fluid, meditative movements designed to align your energy with the higher vibrations of love, compassion, and oneness.
• Learn a Drumming Rhythm to the V´Ahavta (this is for all levels of drummers, preferably Frame Drum, but any Drum is OK)
• Kabbalistic Gematria Meditation aligned with the V´Ahavta
• Chanting of the V´Ahavta

I am so happy to be sharing this work with all of you as I have been preparing this workshop for 3 months.
