Ahava Sacred Dance® is a transcendental experience that marries the ancient wisdom of Desert Rose Teachings with the holistic principles of Sacred Dance. Created with the deepest reverence and prayer, this unique prayer movement practice is an embodiment of love, intention, and devotion.
At its core, Ahava Sacred Dance is about connection — to oneself, to others, and to the Cosmic Intelligence. Drawing inspiration from the quantum energy of the Aramaic Letters, each movement becomes a conduit for channeling divine energy. The letters themselves, sacred and full of creation , resonate with frequencies that have the potential to shift, heal, and transform.
When practiced within a community, in the sanctified space of a circle, the dance takes on a deep significance. Participants become part of a dynamic mandala, a living representation of the heavenly realm. As we dance, we anchor the ethereal Light Codes into the Earth, bringing together light, spirit, and matter.
While Ahava Sacred Dance® can be a collective act of worship and activation, it can equally be a personal journey. As an individual practice, the dance becomes an intimate prayer, a moving meditation, and a manifestation of one's deepest intentions and devotions. The 5 Levels of the Soul
In the mystical tradition of Sophianic Kabbalah, joy is not a singular concept but a multi-layered experience, encompassing five distinct levels that guide the soul's journey towards divine connection and fulfillment. These levels range from the most tangible forms of happiness rooted in the physical world to the most sublime expressions of spiritual bliss, reflecting reality as a ladder that connects the earthly to the divine. Each level of joy is seen as a step closer to the ultimate purpose of creation, inviting us to explore the depths of our being and the nature of our relationship with the Creator. Through understanding and experiencing these five levels of the soul, we journey into an initiation that will lead us to a deeper appreciation of life's blessings and a closer alignment with the universal energies that govern creation and existence. We will also explore how abundance moves through each level of the Soul.
Our Experience
In this Ahava Sacred Dance session, we will dive into the mystical Sacred Dance Experience of the Aramaic-Hebrew letter Kuf as we explore the 5 Levels of the Soul, within the teachings of Aramaic Creation Spirituality and Sophianic Kabbalah.
- Kuf as a Divine Connector: We will explore Kuf's role as a bridge between the physical and the divine realms. This letter symbolizes the spiritual conduit through which divine energy infuses our earthly existence.
- Integrating the Five Levels of the Soul into our Ahava Sacred Dance transcends mere physical movement, elevating the practice into a spiritual journey. As we move, we not only connect with our bodies but also embark on a path that mirrors the journey through the five levels of joy, each step inviting deeper reflection, connection, and celebration of the divine spark within us and around us.
- Shekhinah – The Divine Channel: We will experience how Shekhinah influences and manifests within our lives, inviting us to co-create with her essence, which is synonymous with life and creation.
Integrating Dance, Breath, and Mudras:
- Embodiment through Movement: The session will introduce specific movements and mudras that capture the essence of Kuf. These gestures and postures are not just physical expressions but also deeply spiritual practices that connect us with the higher vibrations of this sacred letter.
- Sacred Dance as Prayer: By integrating the movements for Kuf, our dance transcends mere physical activity, becoming a prayerful expression. This transformation allows us to embody the teachings of Kuf, experiencing them at a profound level.
- NESHAMA-Breathwork and Focus: Emphasis will be placed on conscious breathwork throughout our practice. This focus will help us align our physical movements with our spiritual intentions, enhancing the depth of our practice.
Intentional Ceremonial Frame Drumming and Sound Mysteries
ARAMAIC SHAMANIC DRUMMING
After we have prayed with our bodies, we will learn a drum rhythm within the teachings of Aramaic Shamanic Drumming. As we integrate the hypnotic desert rhythm, our voices will dance in Divine Union with the Cosmic Rhythm of the Drum as we chant in the Aramaic Light Language.
The meditations and chanting practices can be applied in our daily life as a consecrated practice.

Ahava Sacred Dance and Ceremonial Frame Drumming
In 2024 our online gatherings are bi-monthly.
In the month of February we will gather on Sunday, 25th, at 15,00 CET. The replay will be available for those who cannot be present in real time.
The Workshop lasts between 2 and half and 3 hours.
